See below, in the following tables, the minimum requirements that mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) must have in order to be able to access SoftExpert Suite via browser or to download the applications:

¹ It is always recommended to use the latest version of browsers.
The SoftExpert Document, SoftExpert Maintenance, SoftExpert Workflow, and SoftExpert Audit applications can only connect to environments (domains) with certificates that have a complete certification chain and are issued by a certifying body.
Other recommendations
Some smartphones and tablets stand out in the market because they have higher performance, thus offering a better experience for users. Therefore, to enjoy a better experience when using SoftExpert Suite on mobile devices, it is recommended to use some specific product lines (following the minimum requirements above).
Smartphones recommended for using SoftExpert Suite via application:
- Samsung Galaxy S7 (or similar/superior)
- iPhone 7
- Xiaomi Redmi 9
Smartphones and tablets recommended for using SoftExpert Suite via browser:
- Apple iPhone 6 (or similar/superior)
- Apple iPad 7 (or similar/superior)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (or similar/superior)
All models mentioned may be replaced by higher models or similar, provided they meet the minimum requirements for operation.
